2026 — Present- Built and launched a scheduling SaaS solo — product, architecture, security, launch, and go-to-market: public beta in seven days, allowlist removed 10 days later, 50 paying users within 45 days, with zero ad spend and zero downtime.
- Architected multi-provider calendar sync (Google/Microsoft/Apple) with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and distributed Upstash Redis locks so money-on-the-line bookings never double-book.
- Shipped AdaPA, a self-learning agentic assistant that books meetings over web chat, SMS, email, and MMS.
- Gated by over 10,000 unit tests completing in under 30 seconds, with continuous integration and gated production security mitigations.
Broadway Podcast Network
2024 — PresentCo-Founder & CTO
2024 — Present- Built the engineering org from zero; owned the annual budget and P&L.
- Grew from <30 to over 200 podcasts, reaching tens of millions of downloads.
- Led both the graphic-design and system-design teams that built the platform, and solely maintain the website today; the software is now licensed by other podcast networks, who pay for it.
- Shipped a fully automated episode-ingestion pipeline that transcribes each episode, identifies the shows discussed and guests involved, and assigns the resulting metadata on the frontend.
- First official Disney Theatrical podcast (Webby Award winner).
TPM, Developer Operations & Infrastructure
2013 — 2016- Led Technical Program Management for Developer Infrastructure — the tools an estimated 50,000 internal Google engineers developed on at the time.
- Drove the open-sourcing of Bazel, which went on to be widely adopted worldwide by hundreds of thousands of engineers.
- Drove oversight and implementation of Forge on Mac, letting engineers build iOS apps with no physical Mac labs.
- Key contributor to early Google Cloud Platform.

2016 — 2022- Created and held the first-ever Global Lead role, uniting 30+ teams across 6 continents into one global process serving executive stakeholders without killing the grassroots energy that started it.
- Grew the YouTube audience by 2.5M+ subscribers.
- Built Apps Script automation that reduced headcount requirements and delivered 300%+ efficiency.
- Launched Google’s first official podcast, the Talks at Google podcast.
